We accept returns for items that are:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
To start a return, please email us at yakazula@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions for the return process.
Note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items that do not meet our return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

Photos of the item and packaging

A short description of the issue
We will send a replacement or offer a full refund where appropriate — no need to return the defective item in most cases.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved:

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company first, then reaching out to us if needed.
