Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from our warehouses in Asia.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated — however, you may return your order once received for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During sales or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. Orders are shipped the day after processing.
Note: We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by location. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. However, due to high demand or customs delays, some orders may take up to 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of being shipped, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please reach out to us to initiate the process.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in USD. You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. Yakazula is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us right away. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by card, the refund will be sent to your bank within 7–10 business days of us receiving your returned item or cancellation request.
